The subject of the procurement is the implementation of the registry system under the conditions of Eximbanka, the procurement of the licenses necessary for the use of this system, and after the completion of the implementation, support and further development system according to the needs of the bank.
The offered system must be certified by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic and listed in the current version of the List of certificates issued by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic with the level matches "high".
so copyrights must also be part of the delivery to the extent that in the future the system will be operated in cooperation with another supplier.
The system offered by the bidder must meet all the requirements stated in this description of the subject of the contract, including other documents referred to.
