The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (PVE) with an output of 37.25 kWp on the roofs of the buildings within the FRYDLANT. The subject of performance also includes the implementation of heavy -current distribution systems for installation of PVV, replacement of lightning conductors and adjusting the transformer station. The subject of the performance also includes a parallel connection of the power plant to the ČEZ network distribution system according to the conditions of the connection contract (SOP) VN_22_1010554320 (Annex No. 8) and ensuring the conditions specified in the Energy Assessment of the FVV FVAC Frýdlant (Annex 9 ZP). The subject of the contract is defined in detail in the project documentation, which forms Annex 3 of these ZPs and in the itemized budget, which forms Annex 2 of the LC. The contracting authority assumes that the public contract will be co -financed by the subsidy provided by the Ministry of the Environment (MoE) within the Operational Program Environment (OPE) 11.
