Description: The objective of the project is the development, implementation and operational maintenance of the public transport service within the Pass''Mobilités, the MAAS Grenoblois. This service will bring together ticketing functionalities, currently present on an application also called "Pass''Mobilités TC / TAG & Pass" that this new medium will supplant. The selected media must be accessible via smartphone, computer or tablet. The chosen technology is the Progressive Web App (PWA). The functionality of the media must be able to be different depending on the medium used. The solution will have to interface with the ticketing system being deployed, a customer repository dedicated to mobility services and with the Pass''Mobilities (account management, invoicing, payment). This consultation relates to a market which is broken down into a fixed part and a part with purchase orders (without minimum or maximum).
