The main goal of implementing this project is to increase the level of use by citizens, business and administration of public services provided electronically, by creating and making public e-services available at the Provincial Roads Authority in Olsztyn. The primary goal of the project is to produce and providing public e-services at the fifth maturity level. The Ordering Party plans to make public E-services available on the Gateway to Warmia and Mazury platform in the DROGI services catalog (https://atlas.warmia.mazury.pl/ or https://warmia.mazury.pl). Access to them will also be possible directly from the website run by the Provincial Roads Authority in Olsztyn. The subject of the order includes the following stages: 1) Creation of public e-services; 2) Obtaining data for the purposes of providing e-services; 3) Purchase software - building an IT platform; 4) Purchase of IT Infrastructure and e-services; 5) Purchase of IT infrastructure (e-services) - not qualified; 6) Purchase of IT infrastructure (e-services) - cybersecurity; 7) Implementation, installation and systems integration; 8) Increasing the digital competences of employees; 9) Promotion.
