1. Implementation of project documentation for the purposes of independent public healthcare in Czuchow. 2. The investment will be implemented, based on the development of project documentation, which is referred to in para. 1, on Department No. 37/12 and 37/2 in the registration of Czuchw, Miejska Miejska Czuchw ul.
