Tender Details

This framework arrangement applies to planning tasks under the responsibility of Helsinki's urban environment department, as well as various investigation and inventory work in the city's parks and green areas, nature areas, street squares, street green areas and certain parts of the city's plots.

The framework arrangement is divided intoto the sub-area based on the content of the procurement.

Implementation planning

Part area 1: Multidisciplinary environmental planning commissions, general and building design

Part area 2: Conventional environmental planning commissions, general and building design

Part area 3: Urban water treatment andpre-construction plans and surveys

Sub-area 4: General and construction planning of sports parks, outdoor sports venues and swimming beaches

The assignments are clearly multidisciplinary or standard implementation planning tasks.

Assignments take into account Kasvu's location - from the city of Helsinkithe goals of strategy 2021-2025. While this framework arrangement is in force, the new city strategy will enter into force, and there may be changes in the priority areas.

The commissions also take into account Helsinki's circular and sharing economy program and HNH 2020, carbon-neutral Helsinki.

Naturediversity goals are guided by Helsinki's LUMO program 2021-2028, which has clear goals for both the natural and the built environment. In general, national and international as well as the City of Helsinki's own environmental goals are taken into account in all assignments.
