Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of permanent traffic organization around the Maltese Reservoir in Poznań in accordance with the requirements of the ordering party and in accordance with applicable road traffic regulations.2. The contractor will be obliged to have it for the entire period of validity a paid-up insurance policy contract, and in the absence thereof, another document confirming civil liability insurance (OC) in the scope of the activities conducted related to the subject of the order, with a guarantee sum not lower than: PLN 150, 000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand zlotys). Liability insurance should cover civil, tort and contract liability for personal and property damage and their consequences. Before signing the contract, the Ordering Party will ask for a copy of the policy or another document confirming insurance.3. The contractor selected to complete the order is obliged to submit an offer estimate to the Ordering Party before concluding the contract.4. Failure to submit a document confirming insurance, offer cost estimate, or security proper performance of the contract or declaration of employment, no later than on the day set for concluding the contract, will be treated...
