This tender concerns the tender of an implementation partner for the HR System based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Human Resources.
AAU has identified a strategic need to replace the current personnel system, which in its current form does not support the university's requirements modern and efficient HR processes. In connection with a market analysis, Aalborg University has tested Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Human Resources (referred to as Dynamics HR) and has decided to proceed with Dynamics HR as a platform for a new HR system. The testing included demonstrations and testing of selected HR processes in collaboration with HR employees, managers and employees from selected pilot institutes and departments. Subsequently, an evaluation was carried out, which showed that Dynamics HR largely matches the university's needs and technical prerequisites, including existing experiences with Microsoft's Power Platform and other Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
With this tender, AAU wishes to collaborate with an implementation partner with proven experience and strong competencies in the configuration, development and implementation of HR systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O HR. The supplier must be able to participate as an active and qualified partner throughout the project and contribute to an efficient and secure transition from the current Oracle-based HR system to the new HR platform.
