The Syrian Building and Construction Foundation / Damascus Branch / announces an internal public tender for the first time and with full speed, in order to implement partial cladding works on Al-Jazeera 16 in the Qudsaya suburb, Tower 401, according to the following conditions:
Implementation period: 100 days
Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 60 days
Estimated statement value: /18, 257, 209/ SYP only eighteen million two hundred and fifty-seven thousand two hundred and nine new Syrian pounds
Primary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value.
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value.
The price of the advertisement file: 5, 000 L.S.P. only, five thousand new Syrian pounds, and it is obtained from the Damascus branch of the Legal Department, Contracts Division
Offers are submitted to the office of the branch located in Barzeh - opposite the former Tishreen Military Hospital.
