4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of power generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026.4.2. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law allows the submission of partial offers divided into 2 parts as follows: 4.2.1. part 1 of the order: Delivery of power generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026. The scope of the order includes in particular: delivery of 2 pieces - three-phase power generators, min. 17.5kVA with the possibility of operation in single-phase mode - portable supplies 3 pcs. - single-phase power generators min. 5.6kW - portable supplies of 3 pieces - power generators with a power of min. 5.6kW three-phase with the possibility of operation in single-phase mode - portable supplies of 3 pcs. - inverter power generators with a power of min. 2.3 kW portable. Delivered order items must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and technically complete. The subject of the order must be delivered to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Dbe Wielkie commune.
