The subject of procurement is the implementation of the National Observers Program during the Tunol season in the 2025 year

Program of Control Observers in Sea Fisheries for 2025 years (https://ribarstvo.mps.hr/default.aspx?id=10) (hereinafter: the program) is made by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Fisheries Administration (hereinafter: Ministry) in accordance with Article 10 (1) of the Ordinance on the conditions and manner of authorized observers in fisheries (Official Gazette 52/23 and No. 35/2025) (hereinafter: Ordinance).According to the provision of Article 6 of paragraph 4, the executor is obliged to ensure the education and training of control observers for each of the monitoring areas.

For the implementation of the program, it is necessary to ensure the management and coordination of authorized observers in charge of control as defined by the Ordinancewhich need to board the Towel Table under the flag of the Republic of Croatia during the season of fishing blond tuna fishing.
