Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is the services consisting in the preparation of the modification or change of the project documentation prepared for the construction of the Biocenter ("Original Project Documentation"), namely the part of the construction of the CEA (Centre of Experimental Applications) and the MFF (Faculty of Mathematics and Physics), and the provision of related activities and services. Further details are set out in the draft contract and technical conditions (scope and requirements for modifications and changes to the project documentation in the CEA and MFF sections CEA Study and MFF Study), which form appendices to this text part of the tender documentation. As part of the change in the CEA project documentation, there will be a new assignment for part 1.PP, when the operation of the CEA part will be replaced. The modification carried out is difficult due to the overall interconnectedness of all parts of the building, including a conceptual change with an impact on technologies and specialized professions in other parts of the building, including an impact on fire safety construction solution. As part of the change in the MFF project documentation, based on the new assignment for part 2.PP, part of the layout solution and related professions will be modified. The difficulty lies in the overall interconnectedness of all parts of the building, as these, albeit partial, changes also have an impact on other parts of the technologies in the building, as well as to many specialized professions in other parts of construction. As part of the performance of the public contract, the contractor: a) will ensure the change of the construction/plan before completion at the level of securing permission for the change of construction/plan before completion, the processing of modified implementation project documentation ("Modified Project documentation") and the author's supervision of the changed part; it also includes a discussion of the change of c...
