Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the MFA system with a temporary license valid for a period of 24 months and manufacturer support (ATiK), enabling the protection of a minimum of 700 users.2. The contractor must have the authority to legally sell temporary licenses together with ATiK from the manufacturer of the offered solution in the Republic of Poland or has the status of an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution.3. The Ordering Party requires that all offered ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, did not include: a) the ICT product, ICT service or ICT process indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, o referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor ICT services or processes ...
