Implementation of the Małopolska 2026 brand study The subject of the order is the implementation of a study of the Małopolska brand. During the research, the following will be used: Analysis of existing data (desk research); Survey research using the CAWI technique on a sample of 1, 000 residents Polish (excluding Małopolskie Voivodeship) and 400 inhabitants of the Voivodeship Lesser Poland Voivodeship, representative in terms of: age, gender and size class of place of residence; Social listening. The Contractor's tasks will also include the analysis of data from implemented research techniques, preparation of a methodological report and a final report on the implementation of the research, including recommendations for the Małopolska brand. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be entered therein as an annex to the public procurement contract. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). As part of the order, the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Ordering Party the proprietary copyrights to materials created as part of the execution of the order in accordance with the provisions of the template contracts.
