Description of the benefit: The Municipal Board of Hospital Asil Santíssim Salvador directly manages the specialized care public care facilities: La Muntanyeta Nursing Home (90 residents), La Muntanyeta Residential Home (5 residents) i el Centre de dia Anna Serra (65 usuaris). The profile of the users of these centers requires an individualized care plan involving all the center's technicians and caregivers. Per dura terme el referit pla s-utilitzen a l-actualitat uns protocolized records in standard market software. It is necessary to have a computer application to improve management with residents, structure tasks, integrate records and censuses, intercommunicate with professionals, facilitate access to the resident information in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion of the Generalitat de Catalunya. It is currently being managed using market standard relational software.
