1)Przedmiotem zamowienia jest wdrożenie infrastruktury LAN/WAN w siedzibach PSE w Miłosnej i Radomiu. 2) Description of the ordering party's needs and characteristics of the subject of the contract and minimum requirements regarding the subject of the contract/contract implementation, non-negotiable, which must be meet all offers specified in Part II of the OPIW, however, at the stage of announcing the contract, a shortened description of the needs and requirements of the contract will be made available - in accordance with the provisions of Art. 18 of the Public Procurement Law. Contractors invited to participate in the next stage of the procedure, i.e. with an invitation to negotiations will receive the document indicated above. a) Contractors are obliged to submit confidentiality declarations together with the application to participate in the proceedings (Template No. 4 a and 4 b of Part III of OPIW). b) Declarations must be submitted by persons authorized to represent the Contractor (this right must result from the registration documents or power of attorney held by the Ordering Party in this procedure) and by the persons who will participate in the procedure.
