The functional area of ​​the project (System) covers the area of ​​the City of Jelenia Mountain, within its administrative boundaries. The main goal of implementing the Intelligent Transport System is to increase the attractiveness of public transport, improve road traffic safety and provide tools for managing traffic in the area. the city of Jelenia Góra. 3.
