Implementation of an IT security monitoring system (SOC/SIEM/xDR), information security management system (ISMS), training and workshops for staff in the field of cybersecurity and... 1.1 The subject of the order is the implementation of the system IT security monitoring (SOC/SIEM/xDR), information security management system (ISMS), training and workshops for staff in the field of cybersecurity and conducting a security audit. 1.2 The subject of the order has not been divided into: parts/packages, because the delivered solution will only be able to complete the intended task in its entirety. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the entire subject of the contract. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order -) and in Annex 1B to the SWZ (Assortment and price form), which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The procedure is being conducted for the purpose of implementing the project entitled: Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating digital transformation processes health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", supported under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, hereinafter referred to as KPO. The contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it. Possibility of invalidating the proceedings in this case basis was provided for in the contract notice, in accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
