Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Retrofitting an air-conditioning system to the building of Public Kindergarten No. 2 in Marki, ul. Dua 1a.2. The detailed scope of construction works that are the subject of this order is specified in Design Documentation, i.e. Technical and Executive Design and Bill of Quantities, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.3. In addition to construction works, the order includes servicing the installation, performing inspections, maintenance, reporting events to the Central Register of Operators (CRO) and other activities resulting from the Technical and Operational Documentation of the Device, necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the air conditioning installation, throughout the duration warranty.4. Subject to the exceptions expressly indicated in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, regardless of the special circumstances, the gross lump sum remuneration referred to above cannot be increased throughout the period of performance of the subject matter.
