Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works as part of two tasks in the field of green infrastructure of the Great Masurian Lakes: 1) Task No. 1 - will involve securing the shore of Lake Guzianka Wielka in the town of Ruciane-Nida, strengthening the quay with sheet pile walls, a slipway, permanent and floating piers, pedestrian footbridges and a bridge, pedestrian paths, lighting, a cascade square, a rain garden, a garbage shelter, rest shelters, small architecture and greenery development. 2) Task No. 2 - will consist in the construction of a sailing marina at Lake Guzianka Wielka in the town of Ruciane - Nida, in particular in the demolition of facilities, construction of a boatswain's office building, a hangar and facilities social and sanitary, reconstruction of power networks, access roads, parking lots, pedestrian routes, port basin with fortifications, floating pier slip, garbage shelters, area lighting, small architecture and development greenery, 2. The Ordering Party requires a local inspection of the future construction site, the adjacent communication system and the immediate construction surroundings, as well as obtaining all necessary information about the subject of the order in terms of risk, difficulties and any other circumstances that may affect the tender offer.
