InnoKilpa - competitiveness from innovations to the Oulu region project: BusinessOulu is a part-implementer in the InnoKilpa project, which is part-financed by the EU from the ERDF application for sustainable urban development. The project implementation period is January 1, 2026-September 30, 2027. The main implementer of the group project is Oulu University of Applied Sciences, BusinessOulu and the University of Oulu act as partial implementers. The project consists of four work packages, two of which (work packages 1 and 2) are the responsibility of BusinessOulu. BusinessOulu participates in the implementation of all work packages. BusinessOulu's mission is to lower the threshold for SMEs to start applying for research, development and innovation funding available to companies and to increase RDI activities and cooperation in the region's innovation ecosystem. ACQUIRE This is the national threshold value BusinessOulu (BO, hereinafter also the "Customer") requests your offer for the implementation of the InnoKilpa project in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement includes BO's partial implementation measures in the project. The aim of the project is strengthens the research, development and innovation activities of SMEs in Northern Ostrobothnia and improves their ability to utilize artificial intelligence solutions in the development of business and competitiveness.
