The project is aimed at analyzing the process of collecting and removing waste to improve its management and optimization of costs in the future. It is also aimed at achieving digitalization of the garbage collection infrastructure (collecting truck data - position, disposal time, weight, Container ID), data transmission to a geographical information web system for subsequent processing and storage of measurement information.
The achievement of the overall objective will be realized through the following specific objectives corresponding to the activities planned under the project:
Integration of telemetry system for monitoring and control of garbage trucks and waste containers;
Delivery and installation of containers with access control and individual identification through RFID/NFC technologies;
Implementation of a centralized information system for real -time data visualization and analysis;
Automation of the garbage collection processes by implementing onboard devices and sensors for measuring volume, weight and location;
Improving services for citizens and businesses through increased transparency and optimization of waste collection routes.
