1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of information and communication technologies (ICT) for the implementation of the project entitled: "Construction of a water supply network in the towns of Bysaw and Sucha along with the implementation of an ICT system in the commune. Lubiewo.2. For the implementation of the above-mentioned project, the Lubiewo Commune submitted an application for non-returnable support under the investment B3.1.1 Investments in sustainable water and sewage management in rural areas, covered by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan.3. Pursuant to Art. 310 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law The contracting authority provides for the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure if the public funds it intends to use to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.4. The order will be carried out in the Lubiewo commune (except agglomeration). 5. The subject of the order is in particular: a) disassembly of old and installation of new water meters (DN15 - 459 pcs., DN20 459 pcs.) along with radio modules; b) delivery of a radio reading set consisting of: - smartphone scanner with an optical head for programming - short antenna and car antenna with magnetic base (walk by and drive by antennas) - network chargers...
