Implementation, hosting, maintenance and support of a journey registration system including reservation platform for service vehicles The City of Ostend wishes to use a journey registration system, including a reservation platform for the fleet of vehicles City. The aim is to use this software to gain a better view of the movements of the fleet in order to enable optimal composition and distribution of the fleet. For the part of the fleet that is part of the “pool” there must be the possibility for all colleagues to make reservations in a smooth, user-friendly and clear manner. Duration The duration of this assignment is provided with a basic assignment of four years, with a period of four years thereafter automatic two-year tacit extensions for an indefinite period, each with a cancellation option of 6 months for the contracting authority and 18 months for the contractor.
