Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a new HIS, RIS system, warranty, service care along with original supervision and technical assistance based on the hospital integrated IT system of Comarch, owned by an independent public health care institution in Mońki and Implementation of a new ERP system or maintenance of your ERP system with a warranty, service care with original supervision and technical assistance.

Integrated IT system - software supporting management at SP ZOZ in Mońki, both in the medical and administrative parts.

2. in The scope of the order includes the implementation of a new hospital integrated IT system within the meaning of:

1) granting an indefinite license for 300 at the same time working users of HIS and RIS systems regardless of the duration of the service contract for the use of the supplied software;

2) granting indefinite license at 42 at the same time working ERP system users regardless of the duration of the service contract for the use of the provided software;

3) installation, configuration, implementation and launch of an integrated IT system, including system software - in this software for the implementation of coordinated care;

4) Migration of all data from the Oracle database.
