"Implementation of the financial instrument "Fund for Strategic Technologies and Defense", financed with funds from the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027" With this procedure, FMFIB entrusts the Financial Intermediary with the execution of financial instrument Fund for Strategic Technologies and Defense (SFTO). The financial intermediary should prepare and carry out actions on the establishment of an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) in a jurisdiction chosen by him on the territory of the EU, in which the investors, including FMFIB, to invest an amount to be invested through Eligible Instruments in eligible Final Recipients. An integral part of the service is the realization and management of the investment activity of the Fund. The fund manager will perform services whose scope is defined below, subject to the relevant Applicable Standards and their respective subsequent amendments and updates: - Preparation and implementation of actions to establish an AIF in a jurisdiction chosen by him in an EU country in which the Investors invest; - Management of the established AIF; - Collecting commitments and funds from Independent private investors, at the Fund level and/or at the Final Beneficiary level, depending on the nature of your proposal; - Identification of eligible Final Recipients, analysis of the viability of the investment, as well as structuring, negotiation and realization of financing from the FSTO in accordance with the concluded Operational Agreement; - Carrying out monitoring and con...
