Implementation of an event notification server for the Soissons Hospital Center (n° 263100). - The purpose of this consultation is the installation of a notification server, coupled with the IP telephony of the Soissons Hospital Center. The primary objective of this system is to alert people of a serious adverse event in progress, via several digital and/or physical devices; to indicate action to take via multi-channel notifications; to enable the deployment of a globalized PTI solution via IP telephony. The application is not restrictive: additional bricks may be added later depending on the needs of the establishment: technical and fire alarm notifications; notifications of emergency plans. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP. - Award procedure: Adapted procedure contract (MAPA), in application of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1-1° and R.2123-4 of the Order Code public. - Form of the market: Ordinary market. - Form of market prices: Global and fixed price. - Place of performance of services: Soissons hospital center (02200): 46, Avenue du Général de Gaulle. - Site visit: Optional, on prior registration (see RC). - Allotment: no: single lot.
