The City of Espoo (later also the Client) requests bids for the organization of pole advertising in the public areas of the city of Espoo. outdoor advertising carried out through advertising structures, where the Operator gets the right to place, maintain and sell advertising surfaces in these structures. The operator gets the right to implement mast advertising mast advertisements in public areas of the city of Espoo at investment locations, including new locations that may have been approved upon the Operator's application during the contract period.
