The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Camarines Sur, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 1, 081, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Implementation of the Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP) - Protection and Maintenance of Established Plantation (PMEP) Year 2- BBB Project for CY 2022: 216.25 ha. (Bamboo) Within BRB (68 Barangays) with Identification Number PCS-2022-ENGP-052. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
