"Implementation of engineering (design, SRM and authoring supervision) for the construction of a new educational base of the mathematical high school "Dr. PETER BERON" in PI 10135.3513.2074 in the 26th m.r., district "Mladost", city of Varna" When executing the order, the following should be done: 1. Design in the "Technical" phase of the following parts of the investment project: plumbing-internal and site, Electrical - indoor and outdoor, Fire alarm, Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning, Specialized installations, Elevator systems, Communication solution, Gasification, Irrigation system, Plan for safety and health, Construction Waste Management Plan; 2. Development of work projects in the scope necessary for the quality implementation of SMR and realization of author's supervision during the construction of the parts designed according to item 1; 3. Coordination of the prepared project parts by the Contractor with all control bodies, operational companies, municipal and state institutions, according to the legal requirements, before the transfer of the projects of the Contracting Authority to carry out an evaluation of their compliance with the essential requirements to constructions; 4. Implementation of SMP, according to the approved project documentation from the Technical and Working phase in its entirety, including the project parts, outside the scope of this public procurement; 5.
