"Implementation of engineering - design, implementation of SMR and exercise of author's supervision during construction for a site: "Modernization of the "Slancho" DG in the town of Svishtov" Description of the subject of the public procurement: The subject of the public procurement includes the activities: DEVELOPMENT OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT in the "Working project" phase, during the development of the investment project, a decision should be made to carry out construction and assembly works for the internal repair of premises in the building of the "Slancho" Kindergarten with an administrative address at 68 Cherni Vrah St., and implementation of improvement and park planning activities on part of the adjacent outdoor space with the aim of creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for early childhood development. EXERCISE OF AUTHOR SUPERVISION during the implementation of the construction and assembly works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Territorial Planning Act.
