The subject of the public order is the realization of the length of time defined in the project planning documentation, which was prepared by Ing. David Smejkal (responsible designer: Ing. Karel Walter, KAIT: 0201327), with registered office Zemdlsk 299, 330 11 Temon Zlu, including other persons listed in the projects documentation of the construction budget. If in the terms and conditions there are references to specific suppliers or products, or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, it is because the technical conditions cannot be specified sufficiently clear or comprehensible, and the contracting authority has the option to offer an equivalent one for each such reference. The subject of the public order will be implemented by the contractor in accordance with the generally considered primary regulations, valid SN and regulations related to work safety and technical equipment. In the event that during the execution of the public contract, an amendment to one of the above-mentioned regulations becomes valid and effective, app. If another primary regulation relating to the subject of the public contract becomes valid and effective, the contractor is obliged to comply with these new primary regulations when implementing the public contract pedpisy a nvody (postupy).
