1. The subject of the tender procedure is a delivery co-financed under the project entitled: "Implementation of e-services in the Independent Public Complex of Health Care Facilities in Leipzig" as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" which is an element of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" (competitive recruitment - number recruitment: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25) National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts, i.e.: Part No. 1 - Computer and network equipment with specified software. Part No. 2 - Provision of services involving the implementation of an ISMS and the implementation of training in raising awareness in the area of cybersecurity. Part No. 3 - Expansion of the HIS system with the purchase of tablets for systemic drug dispensing. 2. The subject scope has been described in detail described in the annexes to this SWZ, "Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - Annex No. 2a, 2b, 2c and in the contract templates constituting Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for individual parts meets the guidelines specified in the "Description of the Subject of the Order" (OPZ) - Annex No. 2a, 2b, 2c.
