If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow for submission partial offers. "Implementation of e-services in the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec" as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The subject of the order is the expansion of the currently used Hospital Information System (SSI), delivery of RIS/PACS and integration with systems currently used by the Ordering Party. The subject of the order includes the following supplies and services: 1. Integration and expansion of the healthcare provider's IT systems. 2. Integration with CeZ Digitization. 3. Delivery of the RIS/PACS system incl implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central repository of medical data, including connection to the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) in the e-Health Center. 4. Development of Design Documentation. 5. Implementation of the provided solutions. 6. Integration delivered solutions with the systems currently used by the Ordering Party. 7.
