Long-term rental of Vehicles Long-term vehicle rental This consultation is launched in the form of a Dynamic Acquisition System (SAD), in accordance with articles R.2162-37 to R.2162-51 of the Public Procurement Code, for the long-term rental of new vehicles. The SAD is a fully electronic procedure which allows candidates to be pre-selected, before subsequently consulting them for specific contracts. Operation of the SAD The procedure is as follows : 1. Current phase: application (admission to SAD) o Candidates submit an application file by completing “the excel application form” see RC Article 4 Apply for SAD o This phase aims only to verify the candidate abilities o No technical or financial offer is expected at this stage 2. Admission to the SAD o Any candidate meeting the selection criteria is admitted o The SAD remains open throughout its duration: new candidates can join register 3. Specific markets (later phase) o When the buyer has a need, he launches a consultation o Only candidates admitted to the SAD are invited to submit an offer o The precise characteristics (vehicles, prices, etc.) will be defined at this time moment ð¹ Additional information The complete terms and conditions are specified in the Consultation Regulations.
