Description : WIPO is conducting a competitive solicitation process to select a provider who will furnish and implement a trusted and secure digital timestamping (backend) solution, as well as an internal PKI solution. WIPO hereby invites your company to submit an offer in response to this RFP. Two lots are being proposed, and offers may be received for each lot independently or together. This is the public tender.
