Implementation of the delivery entitled: "Sanitary container" 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: "Sanitary container". 2. The sanitary container should meet, among others, the following requirements: a) Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the implementing provisions of the Act, including the requirements for emergency vehicles; b) regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended); c) container and its the equipment must have a valid approval certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of the regulation referred to in point (a). b, current approval certificate for the container and current approval certificates for the equipment subject to approval must be delivered no later than on the day of technical and quality acceptance of the container; d) container compliant with the requirements of Annex No. 20 to the "Guidelines for standardization of equipment for firefighting vehicles and other means of transport of the State Guard "Pożarna"; f) container equipped with, among others: in: - min. 3 shower cabins, - min. 4 sinks, - changing room, - min. 2 toilet cabins, - clean water tank and sewage tank, - electric water heater, - installation...
