Kościuszki 8 The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation and the implementation of construction works according to the documentation prepared for the task entitled: Implementation of the decision of PINB ul. Kościuszki 8. Detailed description the subject of the order includes the Functional and Utility Program - Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The ordering party requires that the price of the design documentation does not exceed 5% of the value of the construction works. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee for the works subject of the order, for a period of 60 months, counting from the day following the day of the official acceptance without reservations of the entire subject of the order, performed under the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference.
