The subject of the public procurement is: •demolition of the office building and most of the existing cultural hall (with the exception of the backstage area), •rekonstrukcija preostalih delov kulturne dvorane, • addition of new volumes of the cultural hall and connecting work with the former one hotels, • change of purpose of the former Hotel Šanpier into a health center, • combining all these interventions into a single facility, which will include: renovated cultural hall (including stage, stands, small hall, technical rooms), convalescent home (in 1. and the 2nd floor and attic of the former hotel), accompanying rooms and technical infrastructure (staircases, elevators, vestibules, toilets, etc.).
