On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of closed training services entitled: ""Safe work and entry into confined spaces". The offer should be prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1. Training service - in accordance with Art. 43 section 1 point 29 letter c of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended), we declare that the training is an event aimed at improving qualifications professional and is entirely financed from public funds. Due to the above, it is subject to an exempt VAT rate. Target group: The training is intended for employees (UDT Inspectors) who work in confined spaces. Scope thematic:⎯ Applicable regulations regarding work in confined spaces, ⎯ Identification of hazards and occupational risk assessment, ⎯ Safety measures (organizational and technical) when entering and working in confined spaces, ⎯ Conditions for issuing a permit for work in confined spaces, ⎯ Protection and supervision (direct and constant) when working in confined spaces, ⎯ Types and use of respiratory protective equipment, ⎯ Atmosphere measurements in confined spaces, ⎯ Requirements for work in confined spaces closed spaces at risk of explosion, ⎯ Procedure in the event of a threat.
