The subject of the order is the provision of care services (UO) and specialized care services (SUO), excluding specialized care services for people with mental disorders referred to in Article 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 639, as amended). Journal of Laws 2024, pos. 816 as amended/ for people who require the help of other people due to age, illness or other reasons for residents of the Mrgowo Commune who are clients of the Commune Social Welfare Center in the Mrgowo Commune 11-700 Mrgowo ul. Wojska Polskiego 5A/12 in 2027 and 2028. The services that are the subject of the order are provided si will be in the place of residence of people requiring care.2. THE TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS DURING THE ORDER PERIOD IS 10, 400 HOURS, including: UO - 9, 800 HOURS SUO 600 HOURS A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER IS SPECIFIED IN APPENDIX NO. 8 TO SWZ.
