The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company regarding implementation and Operation of a web-based system for personnel selection tests. The conclusion of the framework agreement does not create an obligation to commission, but only the possibility for the federal authorities, the other authorities of domestic local authorities (states and municipalities), other public corporations and the FH Campus Vienna (Public Management and Tax Management degree programs) to be able to access services from the best offer determined within the framework of the tender - at individual prices per test.
