​1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive print management service and the provision of related tasks, including in particular: implementation and maintenance of the tracking print service at the KRUS Headquarters on the basis of data owned and operated by the Ordering Party. ten printers and multifunction devices (hereinafter referred to as: Devices), as well as servicing of the Devices, the aim of which is to ensure continuity of printing, constant readiness for operation and efficient operation of the devices.2. The subject of the order includes all works and services necessary for the correct and comprehensive performance of the subject of the order.3. The subject of the order will be implemented in the following locations: - Warsaw, Al. Niepodległości 190, - Warsaw, ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 17 (3, 4, 6, 8 and 9 floor, building with elevator).4. The Contractor undertakes to have, throughout the entire period of execution of the subject of the order, persons who have completed training in the installation and administration of the system offered by the Contractor, with personal certificates issued by the manufacturer of this system, responsible for the implementation of the subject of the order in the scope of integration of the Ordering Party's devices with the system. In the event of a change of the person indicated in the certificate provided to the Ordering Party before concluding the Agreement, The Contractor is obliged, within 5 days from the date of making this change, to provide a copy of the certificate of another person who will perform the activities indicated above under the Agreement.5.
