Tender Details

The assignment includes digitizing the planning process of our employees (including third parties such as interims, interns, consultants, etc.) on all services. This is achieved by implementing a user-friendly, digital software application that managers, planners and employees can useEmployees of the HR department can use this easily and interactively to plan their shifts for their employees (including third parties). The solution offered ensures that time registration and planning are integrated into one application. The tenderer replaces the existing hardware time registertration terminals through new hardware time registration terminals.

The digital planning system checks the drawn up planning against the applicable Belgian and European legislation (including social law, public law, etc.) as well as the applicable internal regulations (including labor law).regulation, legal status regulations, etc.) at the time the plan is drawn up. The digital planning system reports any errors and indicates what actions can be taken to comply with Belgian and European legislation and internal regulations. The tenderer maintains the asolution offered and makes the necessary adjustments in a timely manner if Belgian or European legislation or internal regulations change.
