The subject of the order is the implementation of i implementing an interface connecting to CEZ, treatment cards with indexation, integration interface with PUI and extending the existing EDM with new mandatory documents under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Investment D.1.1.2 acceleration of digital transformation processes in health care through further development in health care as part of the project: “Improving the level of cybersecurity, digitization of medical records and development of e-services and artificial intelligence solutions intelligence at the Specialist Hospital named after Dr. Alfred Sokołowski in Wałbrzych." A further and detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as: SWZ). The Ordering Party completes the order in accordance with DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle, which means that it does not cause significant harm to environmental goals. The ordering party requires that the delivered devices comply with the principle of "not causing serious damage" resulting from Art. 17 of EU Regulation 2020/852 and guidelines of the National Reconstruction Plan. The contractor undertakes to carry out the delivery in a way that ensures no negative impact of the order on environmental objectives, in particular: prevention of environmental pollution, efficient management of resources, minimizing emissions and waste.
