Acquisition of the services "Implementation and development of the OMS system at the DEER level" for the North Transylvania (TN) and South Transylvania (TS) areas.
According to the "List of abbreviations and terminology used" from the PROJECT, TASK BOOK phase, page. 4., OMS Outages Management System is an SInterruption Management system.
The purpose of the purchase is the expansion of the existing OMS cistern in the North Muntenia area (ScateXEfacec) and in the North Transylvania and South Transylvania areas, "Rollout Outage Management System from the North Muntenia Area in the North Transilvania and Transilvania Sud", with the integration of the SCADA/DMS systems from the TS and TN areas.
The OMS system is a support IT system that will be used to manage interruptions in the electricity supply of RED users, in order to reduce intervention times and reduce durations ofinterruption, according to the requirements of the Performance Standard for the electricity distribution service, ANRE order no. 46/2021.
The expanded system will integrate through interfaces using standard protocols with the existing systems:
• SCADA/DMS system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Distribution Management System) TS and TN;
• Call Center System;
• SAP System MN, TS and TN;
• IG EA Application TS and TN;
• IVR System (Interactive Voice Response) TS and TN;
and with the systems that are being implemented, through ESB:
• MDM systems (TN, TS, MN);
