Implementation and delivery of subscriptions, manufacturer's technical support, and provision of Identity Management System development services 1. The subject of the order is the implementation and delivery of subscription, manufacturer's technical support, and development services Identity Management System 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order, payment, etc. are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "PPU"), which constitute Annex No 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party appropriately divided the subject of the contract into a basic contract and an order covered by option rights. 3.1. Basic order includes: 2.1.1. Delivery and granting of a License\Subscription of the System software along with subscriptions to the manufacturer's technical support and maintenance (Manufacturer's Service) for 3, 500 users for 3 years. The manufacturer's service includes: 1) guaranteeing updates, 2) immediate delivery of security patches, 3) contact with the manufacturer to solve technical problems, 4) creation and access to the documentation of the offered System. 3.1.2.
