1. The subject of the order is the implementation and delivery of subscription, manufacturer's technical support, and provision of Identity Management System development services 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the implementation of the subject orders, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: "PPU"), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party divided accordingly subject of the contract for the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right. 3.1. Basic order includes: 2.1.1. Delivery and granting of License/Subscription of System software along with subscriptions to the manufacturer's technical support and maintenance (Manufacturer's website) for 3, 500 users for 3 years. The manufacturer's service includes: 1) guaranteeing updates, 2) immediate delivery of security patches, 3) contact with the manufacturer to solve technical problems, 4) manufacturing and access to the documentation of the offered System. 3.1.2. Implementation of the supplied System software - installation, configuration, integration, tests (in particular: functional, integration, performance) in accordance with the requirements specified in point 4 OPZ, in production, test and development environments; 3.1.3.
