The subject of the order is the implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central one medical data repository as part of the project entitled "Improving the quality of IT services in the Independent Public Provincial Specialist Hospital in Chełm." 1. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the List required parameters - Annexes 4a, draft provisions of the contract - Annex 7 and this chapter. Failure to meet any of the requirements specified in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer (does not apply to parameters subject to assessment in the "technical parameters" criterion, in which the contracting authority does not impose an absolute requirement to have the described parameter). 2. The offered equipment must be approved for trading and use in Poland, in accordance with applicable regulations law and marked with the CE mark. 3.
