Tender Details

The subject of the order is the implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central repository medical data integration with the Intelligent Services Platform, under which the Contractor will: 1) deliver software, 2) will install and configure the software in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure, 3) will perform integration with the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI), 4) will grant an indefinite software license, 5) will provide author's supervision and support for a period of 36 months. The Ordering Party has a RIS/PACS system Infinitt integrated with: 1) HIS AMMS software and EDM AMDX Repository by Asseco Poland S.A. 2) integration bus 3) diagnostic devices installed at the Ordering Party 4) MSIM Regional Platform (Małopolska Information System Medical). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. Detailed offer form and contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be carried out according to the DNSH policy ("no cause serious damage”) for environmental purposes, resulting from Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18/06/2020 and the conditions set out in the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2021/241 of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and guidelines for the National Recovery Plan, maintaining horizontal policies, in particular...
